چکیده
Introduction: Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) spreads all around the world and leads to several new infection cases mortality. A better understanding of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) pathogenesis could lead more efficient therapeutic approaches. Objectives: The current study aimed investigate Toll-like receptors expression profile in peripheral blood mononuclear cells COVID-19 patients Iran. Patients Methods: In this cross-sectional study, we evaluated 32 patients. At admission time based on severity were divided into two groups mild COVID-19. group 16 normal people was as healthy control. Blood samples collected before any treatment from at time. Peripheral cell isolation preformed samples. RNA is extracted human use for cDNA synthesis. level TLR-3, 4, 7 by using semi-quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results: patient’s mean age 57.12±3.08 years 15 (47%) male. background disorders represent with disorders, four cardiovascular disease, seven diabetes. TLRs levels a higher TLR-4 comparison controls (P=0.007), TLR-3 also up-regulation however there no statistically significant differences relative fold changes (RFCs) between other (P>0.05). Conclusion: highlights importance level. Further studies clear conclusion about are recommended.
